Has over 30 years of construction industry experience, related to the energy and power generation segments of the business, specializing in welding program development and implementation. He started at the bottom and worked his way to executive leadership roles, including oversight of large, labor intensive projects with a strong safety record. Over his career he has trained and developed expert teams of supervisors and craftsmen who are dedicated to delivering to the client's and project’s needs. He has refined production efficiencies through training and rigorous testing where typical project executions are at least twice as efficient as the other contractors performing the same or similar services.
